In Rooms 15 and 16 we have been learning about the similarities and differences between playground friends and learning friends. We will be talking about these at our assembly tomorrow. Here are some of the accompanying images that will go with our presentation tomorrow.

We are all learning friends!

We look forward to hearing your feedback after our assembly.

Stepping Out in Uniform

In our last session with Constable Jude she talked to us about how to be safe when travelling in a car. First we sat in the police car to practise putting our seatbelt on. We learned some very important rules about being in a car.

  • Keep your arms, legs and head inside the car!
  • If you are under 7 years old you must be in a booster seat.
  • Always wear a seat belt.
  • Use quiet voices in the car so you don't distract the driver.

Later she put the sirens on. They were as loud as . . . .

And we got to dress up as police officers!
